Mallory Krieger
Principal Consultant

Mallory is committed to driving environmental improvement and farm resiliency in the agriculture industry. She brings extensive experience developing and facilitating educational events, building networks, and creating risk management resources for organic and regenerative farmers and ag. professionals in the northern tier of the U.S. In addition to her consulting work, Mallory owns and manages an 85 acre farm in western Illinois.

Paul McGinty
GIS Technician

Paul has recently joined the Terra Elossa team as our GIS Specialist. After a decade serving as a public school teacher, Paul has come back to his roots in GIS. With a BS in Geographic Information Systems from Kingston University London and a passion for education, Paul provides spatial analysis expertise for our projects and clients.

Administrative Support

Amanda, a proud mother of three, provides administrative support to Terra Elossa projects. She is the office backbone of the team, keeping us organized with her attention to detail and conscientiousness.

Terra Elossa is drawn from the Latin Terra for "Earth" and the Finnish Elossa for "Alive".

OATS | Organic Agronomy Training Service

The Organic Agronomy Training Service (OATS) is a national consortium of independent regional non-profits, universities, businesses, and farmer networks who each work to promote and support domestic certified organic crop production. OATS trains agronomists, farmers, and other service providers in the art and science of organic crop production.

Pasture Project at the
Wallace Center

The Pasture Project is an affiliate program of the Wallace Center at Winrock International. The Pasture Project is a movement of farmers and farmland supporters helping land managers reintegrate livestock rotation in the heart of Upper Midwest farming.

Embarras Grazing Partnership

Since 2020, the Embarras Grazing Partnership, comprised of the CCSWCD, The Land Connection, U of I Extension, Terra Elossa, LLC, IL Soybean Association, and the Pasture Project, has provided education and resources to increase regenerative grazing practices in and near the Embarras River Watershed.

Illinois Grazing Lands Coalition

The Illinois Grazing Lands Coalition (IL GLC) is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting grazing throughout the state of Illinois. GLC was formerly known as the Illinois Grazing Lands Conservation Initiative (GLCI). The organization was founded in the early 2000s as a small, volunteer-based grazing advocacy group and is best known as the Illinois co-organizers of the annual Heart of America Grazing Conference.

Mallory advises the board of directors on organizational development and fundraising. She assisted the board with creating and hiring for their first staff position, Illinois Grazing Coordinator.

OnMark Certification Services

OnMark provides certification services to farmers throughout the U.S., mainly in the Upper Midwest. OnMark Certification Services LLC was founded in 2018 by Executive Director, Mark Seeley. OnMark is a vibrant team with good old-fashioned values and an understanding of what makes a farm thrive.

IDEA Farm Network

The IDEA Farm Network is a learning community that creates a safe, lively space for farmers, scientists, advocates, food entrepreneurs and consumers to share diverse experiences, information, and views that advance regenerative agriculture.
